What the Jaycees Offer
Community Development
Be part of your community! The Jaycees help with a variety of hands-on projects.
You choose the projects that fit into your schedule with most events taking
place on weekends or weekday evenings.
Individual Development
Topics for speakers include stress management, career information, exercise
and nutrition, and much more. Members are surveyed for topics that interest
them.
Membership Development
Social events involve a variety of activities including holiday gatherings,
potluck dinners, Jaycee softball with post game, pizza dinners, picnics,
trips and more!
Management Development
The Jaycees are proud of the donations they have made to local agencies.
Funds are raised through a variety of management development projects such
as the Jaycees Penn State season football ticket raffle and more.
Leadership Opportunities
Members new and old are encouraged to chair projects throughout the year.
In addition, board elections are held in December and provide leadership
opportunities for any interested member.
